Nancy Anne McEntire

Nancy graduated in 1967 from Arlington High School in Indianapolis. She also attended Purdue University. She worked for G&G Realty out of Indianapolis as their administrator for over forty years. George & Nancy have resided at George's childhood property in the Northeast corridor of Madison County since 1984.

Mostly you will know of her love and devotion to her family. Nancy had always been a true blue Indianapolis Colts fan. She and her sister, Alice, were members of the Blue crew from 99'-2020 and attended almost every home game since 93', including the Super Bowl in Miami XLI. She as well enjoyed years of bowling on various leagues. Typically you would find her in a cute flannel shirt, comfy pants and Birkenstock sandals, always prepared for whatever!

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of fifty years, George Theodore McEntire; her children, Michelle Renfro Lewis (Mark), Bryan McEntire and Jeremy McEntire; her favorite sister, Alice DeHart; her grandchildren, Morgan Lewis, Ariel McEntire Wiley (Nathan), Kayla Lewis and Akira McEntire; great-grandchildren, Hayes Wiley, Harper Wiley, Mariana Zapf; her niece, Dawn DeHart Williams and family; as well as many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Roxanna Surface; her brother-in-law, Alan DeHart; great-grandson, Waylen Morgan; as well as other missed loved ones.

A Celebration of Life will be held at T.M. Norton's at 3315 Cherry Rd, Anderson, IN 46011 - Sunday June 21st, 2026 from 1-5pm.
