M. Elizabeth "Libby" Buschmann

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Libby went on to serve as the Executive Director of Arrow Consultation Services, Inc., dedicating more than 36 years to the company, its employees, and the community she cared so deeply about. Her work was more than a career- it was a reflection of her deep commitment to helping others and making a difference in the lives of those around her.

Libby loved music, her pets, and above all else her children, grandchildren, her best friend, Dave, and the work she did for her community. Driven by a deep sense of justice, honesty and equality, Libby believed in treating people with dignity, kindness, and fairness. She was a strong advocate for those who needed a voice and devoted much of her life to making her community a better place.

She will be deeply missed by her family, especially her children and grandchildren, who were the greatest joys of her life. She will also be profoundly missed by her friends, colleagues, and the many employees she supported and cared for throughout her many years of service.

Her absence will be felt deeply by all who knew and loved her, but her kindness, strength, and unwavering commitment to others will remain in their hearts.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Andrea Evans (husband, Matt), Jacob Watters, and Chelsea Watters (S.O. Josh Rush); grandchildren, Noah Rush, Ashlyn Watters, Lilian Watters, Benjamin Evans (wife, Mykalah), Emily Evans, Isaiah Evans, Olivia Evans, and Xavier Evans; and one great-grandson, Kaleb Evans.

A private family celebration of life is being planned. Neptune Society has been entrusted with cremation arrangements.
