Sadly, Thelma Marie Bianchi, of Pocasset, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the age of 90. Thelma (Teddi) was born on November 14, 1934 to Edmund and Ada Weatherwax. After graduating from Stoughton High School she married Clarendon Francis Cobb, and had five children - Michael, Donna, Sherry, Mark and Melissa. Later, she married William (Bill) Allen of Stoughton, Massachusetts. They relocated to Deering, New Hampshire, where they were happily married for more than 25 years. Teddi enjoyed being involved at her church and playing golf with her husband and friends. She was an avid knitter and ceramics enthusiast. While living in Deering she was joyfully employed at the Hillsboro Nursing Home as a CNA. After Bill’s death Teddi relocated to Apollo Beach, Florida, where she met her husband, Andrew Paul Bianchi. They spent many happy years together. Teddi loved family and spent much time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and had a loving relationship with her stepchildren. She also stayed in contact with her many, many cousins. Teddi relocated for the last time in November, 2019, to Cape Cod Senior Residences, where she happily resided until her death. There, she was a “hot ticket” and a friend to many. She will be missed by all.
The family would like to thank Cape Cod Senior Residences in Pocasset, Royal Cape Cod Care Center in Buzzards Bay, and the Tobey Hospital and Hospice Team for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.
A graveside service will be held in the spring.
