Shirley A Couture

Shirley A. (Servant) Couture, 81, died peacefully Monday afternoon, March 10, 2025 at Boston Medical Center, after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Normand Couture, and her son Paul Duclos Sr. She was born in Nashua NH on April 6, 1943 and was the daughter of the late John Pierre and Beatrice (Zink) Servant. Shirley treasured spending time with her family. She spent 30 years in Clearwater Florida where she made many, many friends. She found immeasurable joy in music and singing. She also enjoyed playing Skip Bo and cards, especially with her dear friends Peter and Lisa Graham, and had occasional visits to the bingo hall. She also very much enjoyed getting her nails done with her "bonus" daughter Jennifer Houle. Shirley will forever be remembered as a kind and gentle soul who will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Shirley is survived by her daughter Susan McCool and her husband James of Nashua NH; Mark Duclos and his wife Janet of Townsend MA; her "bonus daughter" Jennifer Houle of Nashua NH; 3 sisters: Vivian Lambert of Nashua NH; Patty Lambert of London NH and Mary Spencer of Nashua NH. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren. Ali Baig and his wife Justine of Jacksonville FL; Brittany Normand of Nashua NH; Samantha Morales and her husband Junior of Plaistow NH; Michelle Duclos of Wachee FL; Paul Duclos Jr and his wife Brittany of Pelham NH; Jamie Duclos and her fiance Jon Giles of Londonderry NH; Hunter Garcia and his wife Rose of Nashua NH; Travis Garcia and his fiance Savannah of Nashua NH; and 10 great grandchildren: Cole, Sonya, Jenease, Liliana, Bentley, Daliyah, Jameson, Noah, Zoey-Ann, Hailee and several other family members and friends.

Shirley will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
