Paul Robert Moroney

Paul was born on July 1, 1943, in Somerville Massachusetts, and grew up in Arlington. He was a proud graduate of Matignon High School, Boston College, and Suffolk Law School. His intelligence, dedication, and kindness shaped both his professional career as an attorney and personal life.

He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Gertrude Moroney and his brother Leo Michael. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Janet, of North Andover; his daughter, Maureen Ronayne and son-in-law Joseph of Medford; his son, Thomas Moroney of Maple Grove, MN; his brother, Kevin Moroney of Arlington; his sister, Jean Baum of Greenville, RI; and his cherished grandchildren—Kevin, Joseph, Erin, Michaela, Lilliana, Patrick, James, and Molly—who brought him great joy.

Paul’s warmth, wisdom, and sense of humor touched many lives, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. A celebration of his life will be planned at a later date.
