Joseph E Huberdault Jr.

WEBSTER, MA, FORMALLY OF THOMPSON, CT and UNITY, ME - Joseph E. Huberdault Jr, 85, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. He was predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Carol (Dyson) Huberdault.

He was raised in Worcester, Ma, son of the late Ernest and Dora (Ayotte) Huberdault and is also predeceased by a brother John Rogers and two sisters: Jeanne Lucey and Florence Montville.

Joe was a graduate of Worcester Boys Trade. On July 2,1960, he married his middle school sweetheart, Carol. They shared an amazing life together.

They are survived by four children: Joanne Thayer and her husband Charles of Thompson, Mark Huberdault and his wife MaryBeth of Webster, David Huberdault and his wife Cynthia of Pascoag and Laurie Dubey and her husband Alan of Dudley. He leaves behind five grandchildren: Nicholas, Rebecca, Matthew, Juliette and Cora. He also leaves three great grandchildren: Remy, Ryan and Wrenlee as well as several nieces and nephews.

Joe was extremely active, loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing and playing cards. He was a lifetime member of the Thompson Rod and Gun Club and the Knights of Columbus. He was hardworking and full of life, always pushing the limits and challenging boundaries. He enjoyed being with his family and friends, traveling, cruising and dividing time between Maine and Florida.

A funeral Mass will be held on May 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish 18 East Main St Webster, MA 01570.
