Howard Andrew Hight

Howard Andrew Hight of Westborough, MA passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on September 17, 1946 in Quebec City, Quebec to the late Howard Reginald Hight and Vivian (Labar) Hight.

Howard grew up in Montreal, Quebec, as well as United Kingdom for several years. He graduated from Concordia University in 1969. Howard worked as an Educational Publishing Sales & Marketing professional with time spent at Allyn & Bacon, Kent, St Martin’s Press and F.A. Davis.

Howard was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was always known to start up a conversation with anyone and everyone. He was always kind, generous and thoughtful. He was an inspiration to so many and will be remembered for his love and kindness.

He is survived by his his wife Diane Malekos Hight, his children Douglas Hight, Brandon Hight, and Amanda Hight Cote, his daughter in laws Kathy Hight, Megan Hight, and son in law Sean Cote, his grandchildren Elizabeth Hight, James Hight, Jessica Hight, Emily Hight, Abigail Hight, Hannah Hight, Juliette Cote, Genevieve Cote, Louis Hight, and Margaux Cote.

The family would like to thank Bridges in Sudbury and the folks from Care Dimensions for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days. The entire staff was wonderful, and we could not have asked for more.
