

Harold Fosman passed away peacefully on September 9th, 2026, at the age of 93. Harold was known to his friends as Hal. Harold was born on June 26, 1933 in Lawrence, Massachusetts where he spent his childhood. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1950. Harold had a long military career, serving 20 years in the United States Air Force as a recruiter and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. Harold was a veteran of two wars, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Harold retired from the Air Force and moved to Florida with his family where he found success with new careers in sales and as a private investigator. He had a passion and love for horses and owned harness horses. Harold returned to New England in his retirement to be closer to his children and grandchildren. Harold is preceded in death by his first wife and the mother of his children, Thelma Ann Fosman, his son, Duane Fosman and his daughter Sondra Fosman. He is survived by his children, David Fosman, Debbie Nault, and Dean Fosman, as well as his grandchildren, Christina Nault, Randy Nault, Ryan Nault, Melissa Brown Fosman, and Evan Giuffre and 6 great-grandchildren.
Burial to follow with military honors at the Massachusetts National Military Cemetery in Bourne Massachusetts. Friends and family are welcome to honor Harold’s memory at the ceremony, date to follow.
