Adam John Dembinsky

On the morning of September 25th, 2026, Adam “Jack” Dembinsky faced his final curtain. After a long illness, Jack passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Jack was a proud Navy veteran, who served on the USS Saratoga. He was a loving husband and father. He was sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, often whimsical, and always caring. Jack grew up in New Hyde Park, NY, raised his family in East Hampton, NY, and spent his retirement years in sunny FL. He lived a life that was full and did it his way. Jack was predeceased by his parents, Adam Dembinski, and Mae Sylak. He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Ellen, his two favorite daughters, Christine and Elizabeth, and son-in-laws, Craig and Chris. A private memorial will take place on October 30th, 2026.
