Tamara Sue Leonardi

Tamara Sue Leonardi, 64, passed away on February 2, 2025, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Tamara was born on January 31, 1961, in Oelwein, Iowa to Keith Richard and Barbara Elaine (Kelsey) Williams. She was united in marriage to Mark Anthony Leonardi on January 28, 2025.

In her free time, Tamara enjoyed painting, gardening and traveling. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and special friends, playing card games.

Left to cherish her memory are Tamara’s husband, Mark Anthony Leonardi-69; sons: Mark Miller Sr-39 and Bryan Barnett- 44; grandchildren: Samantha Kay Hudson-29, Patrick Dylan Barnett-27, Damien Leroy Barnett-22, Ethan Bradley Barnett-22, Dylan Patrick Nix-20, Jayden Maurice Barnett-18, Natalie Nicole Barnett-17, Bryan Gene Barnett Jr-16, Jase Mathew Barnett-9, Anslee Octavia Barnett-3 and Mark Hamilton Miller Jr-14.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Elaine Kelsey, brothers, Jim Kloster and Tim Kloster and Diane Kloster and brother-in-law, Jeff Leonardi.

A celebration of life will be planned to take place later in the spring.
