Jeffrey William Nordstrom

Jeff Nordstrom passed away on June 15th after a courageous battle with cancer. He faced his illness with strength, grace, and unwavering determination - qualities that defined his life and will be remembered by all who knew him.

Jeff is survived by his longtime partner and husband, Terry (Jack) Fenton; his sister, Lynda Frayne; (Jon) ; and many extended family members, including his two favorite cousins, Betty and Beth Nordstrom.

Jeff embraced life fully and found joy in the simple and meaningful moments. He cherished time with his beloved horse, Floyd, and his faithful dog, Morris. He delighted in cooking memorable meals for family and friends, playing card games, and relaxing by a warm, blazing fire while scrolling through Facebook. A devoted fan, he rarely missed cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones basketball and football teams.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the friends, relatives, and loved ones who surrounded Jeff with prayers, kindness, and steadfast support throughout these difficult years. Your compassion meant more to him than words can express.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to EveryStep Kavanagh House or ARL Animal Rescue League of Iowa. Per Jeff's wishes, a small memorial will be held in the coming months for family and friends.
