He was born in Ames, Iowa on May 14, 1982, to James and Mari (Moffitt) Hutchinson. He is survived by his parents, Brother, Keith and sister Jennifer of Nevada. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and several cousins. Evan graduated from Boone High School in 2000 and Iowa State University in 2007 with a degree in meteorology. He worked for TV stations in Davenport and Madison, Wisconsin.
Evan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Marge Moffitt and Floyd and Alice Hutchinson.
Private family burial will be held at a later date at Linwood Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.
