

He was born on January 10, 1946, in Trenton, New Jersey, to the late Richard and Betty Nuber. Ken attended Western Hills High School in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated in 1964. He was a Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist following in his father’s footsteps.
Ken was dedicated to volunteering throughout life. He spent many years as a coach in the Western Athletic Association in Cincinnati, coaching football and giving back to the community. He spent 10 years living in Fort Wayne, Indiana as a volunteer coach at the University of Saint Francis working with the Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. He moved to Haines City, Florida, to care for his parents, and was an active volunteer for the local Toys for Tots organization.
Ken married his high school sweetheart, Julie (Bain) Nuber and had three children: Tamison Nuber, Becca Nuber, and Ken Nuber. Later in life, he married Wanda (Stewart) Nuber and spent fourteen years with her in Haines City, Florida.
Ken is survived by his children, Tammi Nuber and Ken (Gina) Nuber; grandchildren Jayden and Mya Nuber; his brother Richard (Becky) Nuber; his nephew, David Nuber and niece, Rachael (Rick) Kuykendall, and their children, Sam and Eleanor.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Betty Nuber; his daughter, Becca Nuber; his ex-wife Julie (Bain) Nuber; and wife Wanda (Stewart) Nuber.
His giving heart and friendly nature touched everyone he encountered. He was a caring father, loving grandfather, proud brother, and giving friend that will be greatly missed.
Ken will be laid to rest at Spring Grove Cemetery and will be celebrated at a future date.
