Charles Bruce Kelts

Charles Bruce Kelts, age 87, of Loveland, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. He was born in Elmira, NY and lived in various cities during his career. He spent the last 8 years in Loveland, Ohio with his wife Ginger.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Ginger Kelts (Spencer), daughter Sherry Popp (John) and daughter-in-law Connie Kelts. He had 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1great-great-grandchild. Also survived by his mother-in-law Dimples Spencer, the Spencer Niece and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and his beloved cat Gigi.

He was in the US Navy and was proud to serve his country. Bruce retired from Corning, Inc after 35 years as a Sales Manager in the Laboratory Glassware Division in Chicago.

Bruce was a member of Sycamore Presbyterian Church where he was a member of the media team. He enjoyed golf, The Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds baseball and reading.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Gail, son Steven Kelts, daughter Staci Kelts and his dog Charlie.

Bruce was liked by all, loved by many and will be missed.

A memorial will be held at 11:00 AM July 15th, 2023 at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Cincinnati Ohio.
