Teresa Rose Brockman

Teresa Brockman was born in Norfolk Virginia and has been a resident of the seven cities her entire life. She passed away on the morning of August 18th 2025 at the age of 69 while hospitalized at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her two children, Kevin and Melissa as well as her daughter in law Amanda and two grandchildren, Kira and Damian. She loved people and worked at her neighborhood Food Lion for over 25 years, a friendly fixture for many.

You are welcome to join us for as little or as long as you like. Food will be provided.

Dress code – Mom would be pleased to have you, whether that’s in your Sunday best or your favorite leggings and t-shirt. Please come in something that makes you feel comfortable and happy if you’d like to stop by.

If you feel so moved, in lieu of flowers it would have delighted her to have people make a donation in her name to the Chesapeake Humane Society.
