Joyce Shelton Dean

Joyce dedicated many years of her life to helping others as a retired ophthalmic technician, a career where her sharp mind and gentle care touched countless patients. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she was a devoted and active member of the Woodland Heights Baptist Church community.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elton "Bill" Dean, with whom she is now peacefully reunited.

Joyce’s legacy of love, kindness, and devotion lives on through her family. She is survived by her children, daughter, Robin Culver, and son, Greg Rowe; her step-son, Billy Dean; grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Chris, Laura, Lindsey, Elise, and Alex; great-grandchildren, Leah and Grace.

She will be deeply missed by her family, her church community, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
