George Allen Stormo Jr., was born on November, 17,1971 at Everett General Hospital. George peacefully passed away on October 1, 2023 in Norfolk, Virginia with his daughters by his side after a long battle with multiple illnesses.
George attended Burlington-Edison and Lake Stevens High School where he took pride in playing football for the schools he attended. He played on the varsity football team his freshman year. Many of the other players looked up to him for all of his hardwork and dedication. George loved football and during his youth, had dreamed of playing in the NFL.
George also attended Bellingham Technical College, and graduated in 2015 with a certificate in process technologies.
George’s hobbies were fishing, bowling, playing darts, riding motorcycles, fixing lawnmowers and RC Cars,and going for boat rides on the lake.
George’s favorite places to spend time were fishing spots along Skagit River,River Side Lanes Bowling Alley, his garage, Botanical Gardens in Norfolk,Virginia, and anywhere his granddaughter was.
He is proceeded in death by his son Joshua Gerald Stormo and all of his grandparents.
George leaves behind the love of his life, Cynthia Rose (Nash) Stormo; mother, Sheryl Grace Hodgin, father, George Allen Stormo Sr; brother, Scott Michael Allen Stormo; daughters, Nataushia Rose Manley and her husband Devin Thomas Manley, Olivia Allyn Stormo, and the newest light of his life,his sweet granddaughter, Charlotte Rose Manley.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
