Dorothy (Kavoogian) Durkin died Jan. 11, 2025; she was the widow of Paul V. Durkin of Richmond, VA, formerly of Worcester, MA. Mrs. Durkin received her A.B. degree from Clark University in Worcester and her M.ED. from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA.
She is survived by 3 sons: Lt. Col. Mark H. Durkin USAF (ret.) (his wife Mary) of Destin, FL, Matthew J. Durkin of Virginia Beach, VA, Paul V. Durkin Jr. (his wife Melissa) also of Virginia Beach and three grandchildren: Samantha T. of Glendale, CA, Meghan E. (her husband Glen Pizzanello) and Tyler A. of Virginia Beach.
There will be no funeral or memorial services.
