Debbie. Lady. Mom. Ma. Ma Dukes. And most beloved, Gram was a 58 year old woman who loved the beach, reading, watching movies, and most importantly, spending time with her children and “gram babies”. She lived a straightforward life and enjoyed its simple pleasures, such as having shrimp and crab legs on special occasions. She was born in Marshall, Minnesota on July 4, 1964 and passed away on February 16, 2023.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Savannah Stiernagle, Karen Hampton, Ryane Adams, and Jamieson Miller; her beloved gram babies, Makhail Brown, Keyannah Campbell, Peyton Kauffman, and Camryn Hampton; and one brother, John Jasperson. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

A celebration of Debbie's life will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502.
