Marion Allen Means

Father of Son, David Means, and daughter, Christine Means both of Tucson, AZ. Proud grandfather to Connor Means.Brother James Jones of Amarillo, TX, sister Maryann Miller of Portland, OR, brother Charles Means and sister Charlotte Peck both of Gresham, OR as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Marion will be remembered by family and friends for his quiet demeanor, love of chocolate, diet coke and his disdain for cheese. His life goal was to make sure his family was taken care of. He dedicated his life to an exemplary career in the United States Air Force and then the National Park Service. He was a proud patriot. He traveled the world and had many unique experiences and stories that most will never have. Marion was also a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, never wavering even when they did and may still. This loyalty has been passed on to the next generations. He had an undercover sense of humor that often led to a sheepish little smirk that will be greatly missed. Peace be with you.
