Linda Lou Link

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda L Lowder Haynes Link. She went to her heavenly home March 6th, 2025. Linda was preceded in death by Ralph and Dorothea Lowder and Phillip Haynes.

Linda was born in Martinsville, Indiana on November 11, 1938. Her passion for helping others started at an early age and grew as she did. She attended DePauw University and graduated from their nursing program in 1960. She spent 40 years working as a nurse finishing her career at TMC in the OR. As she neared retirement, she joined the V.F. W. Post 549 Auxiliary to help veterans, their families and the community. Linda’s bright smile and contagious laughter lit up every room she entered and her love for her family and friends remains unmatched.

Linda is survived by her husband John, daughters Laura (Mark Porter), Lisa (Hans Verleur) and Lynanne (Robert Krzysik). Grandchildren: Matthew, Danielle, Melody, Henry, Keis, Christopher, Rees and Joanna. Great grandchild Wyatt, cousins Steve and Sylvia Spicer and their families.
