Judith Ann Webster, 75, of Tucson, Arizona passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 13, 2017. Judy was born on April 9, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to DeWayne Moore and Leona (Masteller) McTaggart and raised in Hampton, Iowa. Judy proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where she met her husband, Jerrold E. Welborn Jr., also a Navy veteran, whose death preceded hers in 1979. Judy later met and married her second husband, Michael C. Webster, a U.S. Air Force veteran, in 1981, whose death preceded hers in 2009. She was extraordinarily patriotic and was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs. She is survived by children, Jerrold Welborn III, Dayle Welborn, Michael (Welborn) Perez, Kelly Webster, Jeffrey Webster, Pamela Chestnutt, Kathy Winters and Jimmy Murray; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
