John D. Taylor III, 76, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away at 12:42 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tucson. He was born on October 30, 1940 in the Bridgeton, New Jersey, the son of John D. Taylor II and Angeline Marie Salsa. John is survived by his daughters, Janna Todd and Julinda Taylor; sister, Laurvretta Kastner; and sons-in-law, Cary Todd and Lane Taylor. A Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 8650 North Shannon Road in Tucson, with Fr. Joseph Lombardo as celebrant. As a U.S. Air Force retiree, Military Funeral Honors will be provided by the Davis-Monthan Honor Guard. Following the Mass, there will be a luncheon in the parish hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John’s name to the Humane Society or Disabled Veterans Society.
