He served his country bravely, having had his helicopter shot down while dropping flares in Vietnam, and through his courage...he survived. He was extremely proud to be a Marine.
His warm personality and kindness will forever be remembered.
The Marines will be offering a Color Guard Ceremony to honor Ron, which he wished for before he passed.
