Ella Ernestine Enke (maiden name - Reuther), was born on October 27, 1928 and went to her home in Heaven on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Ella, “Oma” as she was called by family and friend alike, was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, great aunt, Sister in Christ, friend, confidant, encourager, and counselor. Ella was a founding and long time member of Conejo Koinonia, a Christ Centered, and Bible based Christian Fellowship which began in the living room of her home, and continues to meet there to this day.

The many accomplishments of her hands and mind included countless paintings (both oil and watercolor), sketches, pencil drawings, published books, creatively designed photo albums, hand sewn Raggedy Anns and Andys (given to all the babies born in the families of the church), diaries, Bible studies, notes of encouragement and condolence, recipes and culinary creations, assorted clothing items, crafts for the children, lesson plans and other numerous manner of cleverly constructed games for family and friends. She was a true Renaissance woman of the 20th Century.
