Obituary of Clifford Lloyd Boncroft
Honoring Dad’s life and spirit:

Clifford L. Boncroft

October 30, 1939 – April 29, 2026

With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Clifford L. Boncroft, who departed this life on April 29, 2026, at the age of 86.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, on October 30, 1939, Clifford was raised in London, England, where he developed the strength, resilience, and character that would define his life. A true fighter to the very end, he carried himself with quiet courage and determination. Dad was a true Ox , strong, dependable, and never afraid to face life’s challenges head on. No matter what he endured, his answer was always the same: “I’m alright.”

Clifford is survived by his wife Patrice whose partnership and devotion stood as a testament to enduring love for their kids and grandchildren .

He also leaves behind his cherished daughters, Marianne and Jennifer, along with his six treasured grandchildren: Suncere-Ayden, Justin-Andrew, Sasha Amelia, Jacob-Pierre, Trent-Alexander and Juliette-Amara. Surrounded by sons in law Jason McLurkin and Loumelle Sercena. Though Dad often wore a stern expression, behind it lived a heart overflowing with kindness, humor, and generosity. His laughter filled every room, and his storytelling had a way of transporting you directly into his memories, making every tale feel alive and unforgettable. He loved being surrounded by people, and one of the purest ways he showed love was through sharing often giving his very last to help someone else.

He was a man of warmth, strength, and presence. The hugs he gave, the smiles he shared, and the example he set as a father will remain etched in our hearts forever.

Despite adversities his love for his 2 daughters was unwavering and protective of both. He taught us resilience without fear, love without conditions, and how to stand tall through every storm. As we say goodbye, we find comfort imagining Dad resting peacefully, surrounded by the soft reggae beats he loved so much.

Continue enjoying the music in heaven, Dad.

Love and miss you always.

Marianne & Jennifer
