

William “Bill” Andrew Jamieson, Phoenix, Az - 1927 - 2023. A native Arizonan, son of Andrew and Elnora, husband for 47 years of Gail (Scholtes) Jamieson (d. 9- 23-2021) and survived by two sisters - Elizabeth Seiler and Marlene Hall (JL).
Bill was a teacher, landscape designer, a life member of the Phoenix Bonsai Society and a creative and highly competent artist known for his works in sculpture, ceramics and, most notably, lost-wax jewelry.
Over the years, he adopted dogs and trained several in agility, winning many awards especially with Blitzy and Rennen. During his final months, he was always happy to have visits with his two special mini-schnauzers, Rocco and Lotte.
Bill served in the Navy as a youth and loved to travel. One of his favorite havens was the west coast of Oahu, Hawaii and he spent many summers there as a young man.
Bill was a gentle person, dearly loved by many friends and colleagues.
