Vernon Leroy Bruner

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, Vernon Leroy Bruner, who passed away peacefully on August 4, 2026, at the age of 85.

Vernon was born on July 3, 1941. Throughout his life, he was known for his strength, dedication, kindness, and unwavering love for his family. He touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy that will continue through the generations that follow him.

Vernon was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy Lee Bruner, who passed away three years ago. Their love and devotion to one another were an inspiration to all who knew them.

He is lovingly survived by five of his seven children, 26 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Though our hearts are saddened by his passing, we find comfort in knowing that he has been reunited with Nancy. His love, wisdom, and the memories he created with those around him will remain in our hearts forever.
