Born on April 30, 1955, to Ardyth and Donald Cary, Lynn lived a life filled with love, laughter, and creativity. Lynn graduated from McClintock High School in 1973, attended Phoenix College, and worked for Comtech Telecommunications for the past 25 years.
She devoted her life to her family, making sure everyone around her knew just how deeply they were loved. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She shared 49 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Ron, building a life and family together.
Lynn made the world a more beautiful place, not just through her art, but through the kindness, love, and light she brought everywhere she went. Her greatest masterpiece was the family she created and the love she gave to those around her. If you knew Lynn, you were family, and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for the people she loved.
She was funny, stubborn, fiercely protective, and never afraid to speak her mind. She always had advice to give, whether you asked for it or not, but she was just as willing to listen without judgment when you needed someone to talk to. She had a remarkable way of making people feel safe, accepted, and loved exactly as they were. With Lynn, you never had to pretend to be anyone but yourself. She loved intensely, laughed wholeheartedly, and made everyone feel like they belonged.
Her creativity knew no bounds. She enjoyed drawing, painting, sewing, crocheting, cooking, baking, and planning parties. Once Lynn had an idea, there was simply no stopping her. She found happiness in the little things, like reading, fishing, watching the quail and parrots from her window, or stepping outside to enjoy a good rainstorm. Of course, she never went out to enjoy the rain without first announcing it to everyone in the house so they could join her.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Ron; her daughters, Danielle (Brian) and Michelle (Sven); her grandchildren, Jasmyne, Jordan, Rhealynn, Gavin, Forest, Gauge, and Sawyer; her great-grandson, Daxx; and her siblings, Tom (Debbie), Cindy, and Dawn (John).
While her time with us was far too short, the love she gave will last for generations. Her creativity lives on in the things she made, her laughter in the memories we share, and her kindness in the lives she touched. Her greatest masterpiece, her family, will carry her love forward forever.
