Kevin Jerome Lavarta, 27 passed away suddenly on March 15, 2018 in Mesa, Arizona where he had been living for the past five months. He was born January 22, 1991 in Santa Rosa CA. to Jerome and Jeanne Lavarta. Kevin was raised and educated in Santa Rosa.
He loved working as a high rise window washer since he had been living in Mesa. Kevin had a passion for baseball. He spent his youth at Rincon Valley Little League and pitched for the Montgomery High School Vikings where he graduated in 2009. In his senior year he was awarded North Bay League Player of the Year. He continued to play in recreational leagues until his death.
His teammates will remember him for his competitiveness and devotion to the game. Kevin was a compassionate, hardworking young man and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving parents Jerome and Jeanne ; sister Jenay Enna and her husband Tayo & niece Naomi; brother Andy Kiddoo and his partner Tanya Sakadjian, and sister Laura Stiles and her husband Adam. He is also survived by his Grandparents Robert & Carol Brossier and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A Celebration of His Life will be held on Sunday April 15, 2018 4pm at First United Methodist Church 1551 Montgomery Dr. Santa Rosa, CA. Please come and share your memories of Kevin with his family and friends.
