John Land

He retired as a Sergeant First Class from the U.S. Army after 22 yrs as a nurse, then retired again after 20 years in the Veteran's Administration as a Pharmacy Technician. He was a Master Mason with the Army and Navy Lodge of Hampton, Va.

Cruising and travel were his favorite pastimes and he was able to reach 6 of the 7 continents, more than 60 countries, and 43 U.S. states.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia and son, John, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, his brother, Paul Land and his sister, Mary Goldbauch.

No services will be held, and donations in his name to the American Lung Association, the Mason's, or a Veteran's organization would be appreciated.
