Gregory Gorosics, 40, of New Orleans, Louisiana, Passed away May 3, 2017 after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born October 20, 1976 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of John and Kristen (Evans) Gorosics. Gregory graduated from Ursuline High School, received his Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, and his MBA from Arizona State University. He was a Project Manager for Austin Industries, specializing in Airport Construction. Gregory had a lifelong love of Soccer, playing from childhood through most of his illness. He was an avid Sports Fan, loving all teams San Francisco. Gregory was devoted to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, supporting childhood cancer research, participating in the annual head shaving event and fundraising throughout the year. He was a member of St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, New Orleans. Gregory is survived by his parents John and Kris of Phoenix; his brothers John (Chip) (Dawn Marciano), Christopher, and Michael, all of Phoenix. He also leaves his beloved Nieces, Jordan, Adrianna, and Nicole. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Gregory was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Michael and Eva Gorosics, Robert Evans and Georgann Vitullo Grimes (Harvey). A memorial service will be held at St. Joseph's Church, Austintown, Ohio on Monday, May 15,2017 at 1:00pm.
