Donald James Hollis

He graduated from Rogers High School in Newport RI, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Troy NY

He worked for 40 years as a CAD Engineer for companies such as Hamilton Standard, Chandler Evans and Goodrich in CT and Honeywell in AZ.

Don was an avid golfer and golf historian. He loved his UConn Hoops teams, Hartford Whalers, Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Arizona Diamondbacks.

He is preceded in death by his parents Sanford W Hollis and Lois D Hollis. His brother John S Hollis.

He is survived by his nephew Jason M Hollis, grandnieces Pari Lynn Hollis and Victoria “Torrie” C Hollis. Sister-in-law Edra “Teddie” L Hollis.

A memorial party will be held in the Phoenix area at the end of May.
