David Henry Hambley

David H. Hambley of Denham Springs, Louisiana passed away on December 13, 2016, at the age of 79. He was born on September 15, 1937, in Wilkienburgh, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed travel, Lionel trains, and old movies. He was especially proud of his volunteer work with the community. He had a special place in his heart for his dogs Napua and Kula. David liked to help others and was a very kind person. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. David is survived by his wife, Kornelia of Louisiana; son, John of Florida; daughter, Shirley of Florida; step-sons, Michael of Texas and Mark of Tennessee ; and step-daughters, Corina of New York, Marie Helene of Louisiana, and Christiane of Ohio. He was a proud grandfather to grandchildren Christopher, Kathryn, Jonathan, Michael, Axel, Hayden, Cobi, Amber, Mason, Trevor, Fraser; and great grand-daughter McKenzie. Services are being planned and are pending due to the flood conditions.
