Corey was a dear friend of mine. Regrettably, we had never met in person. We met online playing Xbox one summer in our youth and shared a passion for online gaming and would chat and play games for hours on end, oftentimes daily. From the beginning, I knew he was the type of person to light up the room wherever he was and he could always make you laugh or smile even thousands of miles away on a voice call or video chat. I will always cherish his last 10 years from which I had the pleasure of knowing him. He truly was a stand up guy, a character like no other, and he was like a brother to me. I will miss him always and know many others will as well. I would like to send my most sincere condolences to his family, especially his brothers Christian and Kyle, his Mother and Father, his Grandmother, and others of his family and friends. Sending love from Florida. May his soul rest forever in peace. Love you Corey.
