OBITUARY
Clayton Ellery Priewe
June 28, 1940 – April 9, 2023
Clayton Priewe, age 82, longtime resident of Mesa, AZ passed away in hospice care on April 9, 2023. Clayton fought a courageous battle after a major stroke in December of 2022.
Clayton is survived by his wife of 51 years, Kathleen (Kathy) Cecilia Priewe. Daughters Andrea Brown (Matthew Brown), Sarah Scholz (Adam Scholz), and sons Eric Priewe, Jordan Priewe and Aaron Priewe. Clayton had 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother Chet (Karen) Priewe.
Preceding Clayton in death were his parents Hugo and Myrtle (Quaife) Priewe of Amenia, ND. Brother Roger Priewe, Son, Shannon Viestenz and daughter Michelle (Shelly) Johnson.
Clayton was very proud of his family. His grandchildren were the light of his life and he cherished his relationship with them. He will be truly missed and will never be forgotten.
