Sure miss Randy’s brilliant smile, his exuberant kind-heartedness, his joyous attitude, his optimism, his love of his family, his love of service to others, and so much more. Thinking of his family and close friends today and often.

Oh my goodness, Randy.
The world has lost a great man, with an even better soul.

My moments with Randy were short but frequent as he made his way into the Bixler ER with his patients. He was always positive, kind and had a big smile. He always made my day better with his short visits. He will be missed immensely by the Bixler ER staff.

Randy was one of our regular customers at Publix. Even if he didn't have anything to buy at our Deli, he would sometimes stop and say hello to anyone he knows behind the counter. It was a blessing to know him...he and that brilliant smile of his will truly be missed. Much prayers to his loved ones. Rest in Peace, Randy.

I remember working with Randy or Corporate Randy as I called him! He is a good dude who worked hard made sure he took care of his family! He was there when I met my wife and gave her the nickname that's in my phone for her til this day! I got him and his boys hooked on Supernatural because I had all the seasons at the time and they would stay up watching Sam and Dean eating Boston baked beans lol I thought his wife was gonna beat me up lol!! I remember when you told me you wanted a motorcycle and your wife said you could get it because she didn't think you would be able to pay for it anytime soon, but you had been saving in secret for it and you wasn't going to mention it again until you were pulling up at the house with it!Man big bro Rest In Peace! You loved your family and loved God even more, so I know you good! I am praying for your wife and your boys and the whole family!!!

Randy was one of the finest human beings I have ever known. I personally witnessed him face unknown situations with courage and he always delivered a smile and compassion. Randy was the EMT that we all should aspire to be. The Williams family has my deepest sympathies and condolences. Rest easy big guy.

Randy came in our Publix all the time he was the nicest man I’ve ever met we will miss your beautiful smile Rest In Peace 🙏

Your service to the community is greatly appreciated.

Rest in Peace, Hero.

Every time I saw Randy he would tease me
“Got any cookies” because he would always get me a bag of animal cookies if I was hungry working in the ER
God Bless you, I will miss your hugs and your smile ....

I met Randy working nights in the ER I have so many great memories he made working there better . I will remember his infectious smile and humor . To this day I still think of him when I hear 5-1-5-0 it was a song I remember us singing one night at work . My heart breaks for his family and they are in my prayers . RIP my friend

I first met Randy in our medic class at TCC where he carried the class through our hardest times with his joyous attitude and optimism. He was one of the hardest workers I have ever met, and always happy to help. When I started at Leon EMS I would work overtime in the county, out of town transports, or events with Randy all the time just to catch up. I was lucky enough to get a “Randy hug” every time I passed by him and that is what I’m going to miss the most. The warmest of hugs, the most infectious smile and laugh. Randy, you were one of a kind and we’ll miss you everyday.

Randy was a charm to supervise and work with. Everyday I’ve encountered him it’s always with a big smile and laughter. I truly remember the good times working Famu games and working beside him in the field. Randy will be truly miss in my presents but he’ll remain a truly close friend in my heart. My thoughts and prayers goes out to the Williams family for continual strength and healing.

Randy was always a bright light when he would come to my office. He was the nicest and sweetest man. I've missed seeing him since he left Wakulla. My prayers to his family.

Randy, always would ask me if he hadn't seen me on a call, "Where have you been?" He had the kindness, sweet personality, and that big bright smile. He always was willing to help. He was loved from our Dept. We all thought a lot of him. My sincere condolences to the Williams Family.

Randy was a bright light on the darkest days. Just being in his presence would make you smile and uplift spirits.
My sincerest condolences to The Williams’ family.

Randy, had a way of turning anyone’s worst day into their best day with a simple, single smile. He is a true example of kindness and love. My fondest memories come from working the FAMU games with him. We would try out all the Perry St. treats and rate our favorites. Once Randy found the Ox tails that was his go to. He will be greatly missed but in our hearts forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Williams family.

Randy was always a person that people instantly gravitated to. Any day that I worked with him was a day filled with joy and laughter. I have so many fond memories of Randy that I will forever keep in my heart.

 Prayers to his family.

I will always remember your kind eyes and smile, we will miss you and I hope you are resting in peace.
