Samon Harden

Samon, daughter of Son Hos and Tran Thi My, was born in Vietnam.

She met and married SSG Jonathan Harden, and after traveling to the US and Germany, they relocated to Lakewood, WA with their children.

Samon devoted her life to learning the American culture, Army life, her new extended family, and especially, to maintaining a stable home environment for her husband and children. She was a wonderful cook and seamstress, and her garden was full of beautiful flowers and vegetables which the family enjoyed year-round.

Forever cherishing her memory and her sacrifices of love: her children Hieu Harden, Huong Jennifer Harden, Jonathan (Cheryl) Harden Jr., and Charles (Janell) Harden; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends in the US and abroad.
