Ron Steinert...you made a large enduring impression on the world.. your stride was long, your strokes were powerful, you pedaled faster, climbed the mountains and hiked like a champion. You were born in Berlin, Germany and were always proud of your homeland, but America was the place you were educated and built fine homes, you were a master carpenter and encouraged and appreciated others with proud craftsman talents. You were a man of God and took us to church with you...although it was hard to keep up. Your life was not nearly long enough in years, but you packed so much living into the years you had. My family is proud to have known you. You were one good hearted, stubborn German. I see your ashes went to sea...when I am at the ocean I will think of you fondly..Cheers Buddy!
