Kimberly Raye Bowe

Kimberly Rae Bowe (Kim) of Auburn,WA passed away on Monday, Sept 9, 2024 at the age of 68. She was born on April 14, 1956 in Ponca City, OK to Richard and Mildred Bowe. Growing up she lived in Seattle WA with her mother Millie and two sisters, Bev her twin, Pam, her big sister.

Kim graduated from Cosmetology School while working full-time in retail. She continued her advanced studies and graduated from Shoreline College in 1991 with a degree in Business Management.

She opened her own hair salon (Salon K), and after several years of this successful business was recruited by a national chain (Great Clips) to develop the territory in Seattle. Throughout her life she continued to provide Cosmetology Services. Kim was always looking forward to and never rested on her laurels. Following the birth of her son, Kim reentered the workforce with a focus on new business opportunities. She worked as Sr. Account Representative for Pitney Bowes becoming proficient in business machine technology. Again she transitioned and joined Mars Candy as part of the Dedicated Retail Team. She was actively involved in church, support groups, sports, and community.

She is survived by her son Nolan; siblings Pamela, Beverly, Sammi and Rick Bowe; nephews Daniel (Priska) Dorn and Michael Dorn. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to thank the staff at St Francis Hospital for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.
