James Alden Carr

He was born December 07, 1940 in Lancaster, NH and was married to Susie Carr, the love of his life.

Jim served his country in the US Army and fought in Vietnam.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Randall Carr.

He is survived by his children; son, Michael (Sarah) and daughter, Sarah Jane; step-daughters, Kirsten, Karin (Peter), and Lyndsie; sister, Rebecca; 5 CT grandchildren, Devon, Madison, Zachary, Piper, and Finnigan; a great grandson, Walker; and a large loving family. He was also Papa to 6 WA grand angels, Jacob, Gwenyth, Grailyn, Trenton, Emma & Elsie.

He loved his Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, and UConn teams.

Jim will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO on 05/26/2023 at 2:00pm. A Celebration of Life will follow.
