

Clinton Haynes Webb of Des Moines, Washington, died on July 9, 2026, at the age of 90, in the hospital, with his wife and daughter by his side. He had multiple medical issues and had suffered lots of pain for some time.
Clint was born in Washington, D.C., on April 14, 1936, to Robert McGraw Webb and Ruth (Good) Webb. He was a fraternal twin, and his twin brother, Clifford Preston Webb, passed in 2024. He was also preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert M. Webb, Jr. Clint is survived by his wife of 67 years, Patricia Ann (Adams) Webb, of Des Moines, WA, his son, Steven H. Webb, of Sammamish, WA, his daughter, Julie L. Webb, of Anchorage, AK, and his brother, Anthony A. Webb, of Montreal, Canada.
Clint graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, where he grew up. He soon started working for Boeing in Wichita, Kansas. About two years later he and his young family relocated to the Seattle area where they spent most of his life. Upon retirement at age 60 from Boeing, after 38 years as an engineer and later a manager, he embarked upon a new career of watercolor painting. He donated all of the proceeds from his paintings to Habitat for Humanity. Also in his retirement years, he and his wife wintered in Apache Junction, Arizona. They enjoyed traveling around the world, camping, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with family and many friends. He was also a big Nebraska Cornhusker football fan. Clint had a wonderful sense of humor and was loved by all. He will be dearly missed.
No funeral service will be held. A memorial or celebration of life service will be held at some point in time in Des Moines, WA. No plans have yet been made. Contributions can be made to Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County, P.O. Box 658, Port Townsend, WA, 98368.
