Carol Jeanette Strozyk

Carol Jeanette Strozyk of Raymond, Washington passed away on April 25, 2023 at the age of 82. She was born on May 14, 1940 in Burdine, KY. Growing up in Lebam, WA. She graduated from Willapa Valley High School in 1959.

A caregiver all her life, mom was preceded in death by their husband (Jim Strozyk) Mother (Lessie Galloway), father (Sam Galloway), sister (Oneal Roundtree), brother (Gary Galloway), grandson (Shaquille Acrey), son in laws (Gail Wixson & Shawn Clearwater). She is survived by daughters: Martina Wixson, Maria Strozyk, Meribeth Clearwater, and Marti (Shawn) Bray. Grandchildren: Kali Garcia (Leslie), Styles Acrey, Sloan Clearwater and great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. Sisters: Sammie (Larry) Strozyk and Linda Galloway. She will also be missed by her good friend Shawn May.

The family would like to acknowledge the love and care that mom received for 8 years at Rainier Rehabilitation in Puyallup, Wa. She formed a close bond with many of the staff members. Many of them called her mom and she called them her kids. Thank you so much for loving her and taking care of her.
