He was born on October 7, 1942, in Rhode Island, to the late Harold and Anna Russell.
Russ served his country with honor in the United States Air Force and worked for Ingersol-Dresser for 33 years. Russ's greatest joys were found in simple pleasures like camping, fishing, barbecuing, watching Fox news, and reading westerns.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Della Russell; his children, Dr. Jodi Consten and Richard C. Russell; and his brothers, Joe and Brad Russell.
A private memorial will be held to celebrate Russ's favorite places. He will be forever missed, but his service to America and love for his family will always remain in our hearts.
