Penny grew up in the Pacific Northwest attending school in Stanwood K-12 and then Washington State University.
She and Bob Lee married in August of 1974. She was a high school counselor for much of her career. Following this Penny and her late-husband Bob owned the Farmette Drive-In in Stanwood WA.
Penny had the heart of a counselor and helped many along the way.
She served in several capacities in the Eagles organization and will be missed by her family and her Lake Havasu City Eagle's family.
