Lou was a lover of his family, cooking, karaoke, dancing and the Crap tables. He was a snowbird and a resident of Arizona and Texas.
Lou served his country in Vietnam and other assignments.
He was a lifetime member of American Legion Borinquen Post 508 for 60 years.
