William G. Boulier (80) passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2024, surrounded by family.
William, known to most as Bill, was born August 13, 1943 in Presque Isle, Maine to Clarence L. and Ida Mae (Martin) Boulier of Washburn, Maine.
Bill is survived by his companion of 40 years, Edmund Budnik, who he married in 2019. Bill is also survived by his son Eric, daughter Renee Reed, former wife turned good friend Marilyn (Grant), brother Leonard and sister Shirley Tarbox, niece Nori Sue Fey Rambo, nephew Scott Rambo and great nephew Brock Rambo.
Bill and Ed shared a love of travel and went on many trips together all over North America and abroad. In their retirement years, they enjoyed ocean and river cruises to a variety of destinations, making friends along the way. Among their favorites were Hawaii and Alaska.
Bill's dream job was teaching. While residing in Laurel Springs, NJ, he positively impacted the future of many young people during his 18 years at the Burlington County Technical Institute in Medford and Mount Holly. After retiring, Bill and Ed moved to Florida where they had homes in Margate and Coral Springs. Bill enjoyed long morning walks, afternoon swims, reading mystery and thriller novels, theatre, music and happy hours with friends and family.
Throughout Bill's 80 year journey, he touched many lives and hearts. His life has left so many with fond memories which, even through the tears of loss, we will cherish.
There will be a memorial service at Grand Living at Citrus Hills in the Legend's Club on Wednesday January 24th from 2-4pm. The address is 850 W Norvell Bryant Hwy, Hernando, FL 34442
