Valerie Giles

Valerie Mary Lydon Giles passed away peacefully on October 1, 2023 at her home in Citra FL. Born on May 7, 1943 in Boston Mass to the late John Lydon and Elizabeth Teed. Her strength, compassion and empathy knew no bounds. Her zest for life will be remembered always. She is survived by two daughters, Yvonne Baker and Laura Beam of Citra FL, a son Michael Beam along with his wife Stephanie of Liberty SC. She is survived by two sisters, Joanne Gill and Carol Rivers of Atkinson, NH. She is pre-deceased by her son Shawn Coryell of Covina CA, sister Shirley Levesque of Lunenburg MA and great-granddaughter Sophie Bolduc of Sarasota, FL. Her legacy includes 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. A celebration of life will be held at her home on October 28, 2023. A Catholic Mass and graveside memorial will be planned in the spring of 2024 in Lunenburg MA.
