

She is survived by her son, David Balducci and his wife, Barbara, of West Brookfield, MA; her daughter, Debra Casey and her partner, Brian Long, of Summerfield, FL; her daughter-in-law, Sarah Balducci of Ocala, FL; her brother, William Foster Jr. of Blackstone, MA; her sister, Sharon Hicks of Holliston, MA; seven grandchildren, Jackie, Sophia, Zachary, Sean, Adrianna, Matteo, and Massimo; and one great-grandchild, Oliver.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years, Fred L. Balducci Jr., and her beloved son, Christopher Balducci, who passed away on January 23, 2026.
Born on March 31, 1949, in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Stella was the daughter of the late William Foster and Ruth Foster. Throughout her life, Ginger balanced the demands of work and family with grace and determination. Over the years, she enjoyed several careers, including working as a hair stylist, school bus driver, and florist. She ultimately retired after many dedicated years with McDonald's, where she formed lasting friendships and took pride in her work.
Above all, Ginger devoted her life to her family and found her greatest joy in being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was known for her kindness, strength, and caring nature and treasured every moment spent with those she loved.
Her love, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family will be remembered always by those who knew and loved her.
A private service will be held for immediate family members. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England, in memory of
Stella L. Balducci "Ginger".
