Robert "Bob" H Larsen Sr.

Born in Dover, New Hampshire, to Henry and Veronica Larsen, Bob lived a life marked by optimism, determination, and a genuine love for people. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 1959, he enjoyed a successful career with New York Telephone Company and Eastern Airlines before founding R.H. Larsen & Associates, an executive search and management consulting firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Bob spent more than 50 years in Fort Lauderdale before moving to The Villages with his beloved wife, Nora, in 2006. He loved sports, boating, travel, and gathering with family and friends. A lifelong Boston Red Sox fan, he was proud to be a founding member of The Villages Red Sox Nation Club.

Above all, Bob cherished his family and the many friendships he nurtured throughout his life. He is survived by his wife, Nora; daughters Catherine Larsen VonStatina (Michael) and Elizabeth Larsen Richey (Rex); son Robert Henry Larsen Jr.; grandson Albert McDonald; sister Ann Golding; and niece Dianna Golding Mangeldorf (Trey). He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Jane Larsen Clifford (Cliff).

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children's Harbor in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
